Gyoza

Originally a chinese dish, Gyoza, dumpling with minced pork and vegetables stuffing. Vegetables are cabbage and japanese leek. Seaoned with sake, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger etc. It tastes juicy. The only problem for me to cook this menu is that I am inclined to make too much every time. Dozens of gyoza at one time! I will freeze some of the stuffing material.
