Still cooking almost every day. In this cold season, we have hot pot cooking quite often. Today, I have cooked chicken and oyster with tomato sauce. In addition to this, pumpkin stew will be on the table.
Fresh salad featuring persimmon will be added.
I might be too sentimental but could not help wishing my parents had been with us at the table. My mother who enjoyed anything tasty would have smiled at these dishes for sure.
Dinner is ready. Just waiting for my wife from her work.
