This week end, we have had our daughter home. Another fun time.
I prepared rice cooked with sliced bamboo sprout, hot soy bean curd seasoned with sea plant, sashimi of bonito, fresh salad featuring lettuce harvested in our garden farm, soy bean paste soup and this special omlet. This omlet contains corasely minched beef and pork with a few vegetables. The sauce is tomato ketchup with wine, sauce and butter. The desert was strawberry in yogurt.
