A semiretired pediatrician living in a countryside in Japan will describe what he thinks of his hobbies, life and the events around himself.
This looks good Shin, especially now when I'm hungry! It gives me a good idea what to make for dinner tonight, I think I'll add mushrooms on top of the beef.
How was your dinner? This recipe features a ready made sauce for cooking beef, rather salty in taste. Ba;samic sauce is just to flavor the cooked meat. Mushroom may be a good addition.
It was very tasty, slicing the beef thin and cooking it quickly is a great way to have some good beef flavor, but not eat too much. There's a new Japanese store close to our Eureka house that sells many Japanese food products, it's a nice addition to the neighborhood and in easy walking distance from our house, we try to buy a few things from them each time we come up here.
Have you tried this one? I am glad you have enjoyed it. I am wondering what items you could get at that store. Before you visit here, you would be familiar with every japanese food, so that you might not be impressed at any dishes here, I am afraid!
