I will catch you very soon.

An event has kept me a bit inactive in blogging and in operating radio. But I am coming back to the normal routine. Very fine on James. I haven't heard him on the radio either. Is he still keeping a sked with Jim W6YA on 40m?

Anyway, enjoy your vacation. I hope you are completely well with the fracture for now. See you.

ShinShin JA1NUThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01887476281297960362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229771691402494724.post-28328767187521900422013-02-27T13:22:39.833+09:002013-02-27T13:22:39.833+09:00Walt,

When you repeat "R" for 5 or 6 times prior to your transmitting message, it sounded you had fully agreed with me, which was very pleasant to me.

Yes, our daughter may recall of violin when she finishes studying for her career. if I could do a trio with her then, it must be a pleasure. If not, it might be another fun to listen to her playing it.

See you again for another chat again soon. Again, thanks for the nice QSO.

ShinShin JA1NUThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01887476281297960362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229771691402494724.post-14072064714870147222013-02-27T13:18:32.046+09:002013-02-27T13:18:32.046+09:00Terry,

so pleased you are finding good ops to chat ...Shin,
so pleased you are finding good ops to chat with. Propagation from JA to USA is much better than from 9V. In the mornings I hear nothing on the higher bands. It is a struggle. But we live in hope that the sunspots will improve.
Had lunch with James / 9V1YC the other day and he is still very active but mostly only for contests. He agrees with me that the openings for good ragchews are very few from 9V.
All the best and keep blogging.
John 9V1VVJohnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17623377142698276258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229771691402494724.post-36033971562640397322013-02-25T23:10:50.004+09:002013-02-25T23:10:50.004+09:00Shin ---- It was wonderful to chat with you for su...Shin ---- It was wonderful to chat with you for such a long time on CW today.... Thanks for slowing down for me.... I must get my CW skills better....Your blog is wonderful....Yes a trio with your daughter would be great... Many person get involved with their careers and school and have to give up music for a while, however when they get time it often comes back. Almost every flute player I play with, including my teacher, has stopped playing for several years at one time.... Do not worry, I am sure your Cello and her violin will again be heard together....You are wise to just give her time to get her life a bit settled... I look forward to seeing you on the air again.... Beacause your Coffin Bug was so impressive. That model was quite popular in Japan in '60s when I started radio. It has brought me back to those days. CW has been my love since then. I would catch you again soon.

Yes, I have ever seen that program in the internet. CW won't beat the internet at all, though. CW makes it possible for us to know each other much more than the internet. It lasts long. Quite meaningful.

See you again soon.

ShinShin JA1NUThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01887476281297960362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229771691402494724.post-53424437720366370882013-02-19T11:01:19.949+09:002013-02-19T11:01:19.949+09:00Shin: Thank you for the nice QSO today on 20 meter...Shin: Thank you for the nice QSO today on 20 meters CW. I thoughts about CW are similar to yours. I find that I can actually "ragchew" better on CW than SSB. CW is not irrelevant to me, even if it is no longer required, it is the most interesting way to communicate in ham radio. I saw something interesting on television recently: A young person with a cell phone sent the same text message that a ham operator did using CW. The result? The CW message was delivered faster than the text! Thanks much and 73, Keith "KC" K3ZLAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
